This is the most fun the Cincinnati Reds have ever been in Spring Training. Christian Encarnacion-Strand, Elly De La Cruz, and Matt McLain have all performed well enough to make it difficult for the Reds to keep them off the Opening Day roster. The Reds are more fun with them than with the possible veterans who could fill the roster. Should they call up Encarnacion-Strand, De La Cruz, or McLain for Opening Day? Or all three? Will the Reds actually do that? Also, there is one main thing David Bell can do to get a contract extension this year for the Reds. The Reds beat the Oakland Athletics in a bizarre way. Nick Lodolo was impressive with just his changeup. Will Benson continues to be awesome.
