[2] Amid cratering viewership and seismic staffing shakeups at CNN, speculation is growing that Warner Brothers Discovery is planning to sell the network next year, and that a possible buyer could be former CNN CEO, Jeff Zucker.
[3] The New York Post reports that its sources say Zucker sees a big opportunity at CNN ahead of the 2024 presidential election, This comes after the now ex -CEO Chris Licks strategy to revamp the network's programming to appeal to a more centrist audience flopped.
[4] Amid this attempt to rebrand, the network's ratings have dropped and ad revenue has tumbled.
[5] Teachers' union boss, Randy Weingarten, has been appointed by President Biden's Department of Homeland Security to advise the department's school safety board.
[6] Weingarten has come under fire from the right for her efforts to keep schools closed during the pandemic and her past criticism of, parents who protested against school policy.
[7] Another professional athlete is speaking out against biological males competing in women's sports.
[8] Australian boxer Ebony Bridges, a female bantam weight champion and the international boxing federation, said she would never agree to fight a male who identifies as female.
[9] I think it's wrong in, especially in boxing, I think in all sport, from, I just feel like recently, like a lot of the women in sport that are breaking records weren't originally women.
[10] Do you know what I mean?
[11] And then it's a sport where you're trying to hurt each other.
[12] The goal is actually to hurt that person.
[13] You know, and it's you're a born man. I don't care what you say, how many hormones you're taking, you're still a born man. That's like saying like, oh, all of a sudden, Mike Tyson's like, okay, I want to be a girl now.
[14] Traditional legacy media outlets continue to ignore credible allegations that President Biden accepted potentially millions in bribes.
[15] A new report from the Media Research Center shows that since news of both Trump's indictment, as well as the Biden bribery story broke on the same day two weeks ago, the big three of ABC CBS NBC have spent 491 minutes on Trump's indictment in a whopping zero seconds on Biden's bribery story.

[17] And on Thursday, pop star Kesha and her producer, Dr. Luke, settled a near decade -long battle over her accusation that he drugged and raped her.
[18] The details of the deal were not disclosed, but both Keshah and Dr. Luke issued statements on their Instagram accounts.
[19] Keshah said, quote, only God knows what happened that night.
[20] I am looking forward to closing the door on this chapter in my life and beginning a new one.
[21] Dr. Luke said, quote, I never drugged or assaulted her.
[22] It is time for me to put this difficult matter behind me. I wish Keshah well.
