David Bell did a fantastic job managing the Cincinnati Reds this season and deserves consideration for Manager of the Year. The job of improving the Reds win total by 20 and doing it with mostly rookies, cannot be understated from Bell.

Also, the Reds run-scoring potential for the future is amazing. The Reds run-prevention, on the other hand, well, it has to get better, right?
