[0] So here is how to choose the right business model for you.
[1] I was trying to figure this out in 2019 when I was trying to become an entrepreneur and there was a few different businesses that I was considering at the time and I think you're probably thinking of some of the same ones.
[2] So I saw this one guy called Iman Gaji and he was suggesting to do SMMA.
[3] Then there was a bunch of these other creators who were saying that drop shipping was the best So I started trying that I went on to shopify made a website listed the little drop shipping products that I could find Paid for some facebook ads, but then my facebook account got terminated So then I was like, oh fuck this.
[4] Okay, let me try a different thing I also had a business on ebay that I was running where basically I was just selling stuff on ebay like clothing Then I was also trying to learn some skills like coding and animation.
[5] And I was doing weird like creative stuff like trying to become a rapper.
[6] So sometimes I'd write down like rhymes and, you know, record myself like trying to rap them.
[7] I wasn't very good.
[8] So I was trying all these different business models the same as you probably are right now.
[9] And I was basically making no progress to picking one.
[10] Every day my brain would kind of obsess over a different one.
[11] And because I'd only stick to that intention for like one day or two days, I wouldn't really make any sizable progress in any of them.
[12] So if you're jumping around from business model to business model, niche to niche to niche, whatever it is, you keep jumping and jumping and jumping and switching and switching and switching.
[13] I understand how annoying it is because your brain just wants the soothing constraints of one path.
[14] Like you think that having options would be a nice thing, but it feels awful.
[15] Like it's so nice when your brain would just have one thing like, yep, this is the business model we're going to be doing.
[16] So let's get better and better at that.
[17] It's the same as like choosing where to live.
[18] Like you probably haven't had this, but as a side point in the last like two years, I kept on moving around in so many different places, countries, cities, that it's the same thing when you're just switching around, you don't get to build up that long -term momentum, which gives you that sort of frictionless routine where, you know, you know where the gym is, you know what meals you eat, you've got everything on automatic, like the deliveries you need and whatever.
[19] And a business model is the same thing.
[20] Like when you keep switching around, you just keep resetting.
[21] progress.
[22] So I'm hoping that what I'm about to tell you right now will get you to the point where you just know, yep, this is the exact business model that I'm going to stick to.
[23] So this is how you figure it out for you, right?
[24] I'm going to obviously be biased and try and tell you to do my business model, but we're going to give it in first principles.
[25] So this will work no matter what your values are and the business model that's actually right for you.
[26] The first thing is to just write down all of the ideas that you've had.
[27] Just you know on your PC on the comments below or your notes or whatever Just so we've got something in front of us right all of the different ideas that you're playing so this I want to be a youtuber dropshipper agency AI automation coaching write down all the list and Just look at it for a second.
[28] Just do that right now.
[29] It should only literally take you 10 seconds.
[30] You can just scroll down and to the comments of this video and just write down, enter, you know, coaching, enter YouTube, enter AI automation, enter.
[31] So you'll have a list of like two to 10 things there.
[32] Look at all them.
[33] And I know I want to change your mindset to figure out which business model is right for you.
[34] The biggest thing you need to do is to stop thinking positively and start thinking negatively.
[35] Instead of looking at each one of these and getting kind of excited for the positive rewards that you're going to get, I want you to look at each one of these and get prepared for the negative bullshit that you'll have to face in each one of these paths.
[36] So let's say in the first one, it's dropshipping.
[37] Instead of thinking with dropshipping like, oh yeah, but it's pretty easy money and all I have to do is make a website, I'll make money and I'll maybe get some followers and then whatever.
[38] Don't think positively, think negatively.
[39] What's wrong with dropshipping?
[40] Well, it's kind of like a soulless business model.
[41] It's not like a purposeful way to make money.
[42] You're just like a middleman connecting Western people to like some shitty Chinese product.
[43] You're just boosting like consumerism and materialism in the world.
[44] So you start thinking like, okay, like...
[45] That's the problems with dropshipping and ask yourself, is that how you want to suffer in life?
[46] Is that how you want to voluntarily suffer doing something that doesn't really give you fulfillment other than the money?
[47] To you, you might say, if it makes money, then that's fine by me. I don't give a shit.
[48] To me, I would say like, you know what, bro, there's lots of ways I can make money.
[49] Why would I choose the path that isn't fulfilling?
[50] So because I looked at dropshipping negatively, I can cross it off the list saying like, nah, that's just not a suffering, like a problem that I would want to live with.
[51] Then we go to another one.
[52] For me, it was YouTube becoming an educational content creator.
[53] And I started to shit on that idea.
[54] Okay, what's wrong with becoming an educational content?
[55] creator what's wrong with becoming a youtuber what suffering will i have to go through well people might recognize me on the streets i could be on a date with a girl and some guy comes up and says oh hey are you hamza like thank you for your videos you changed my life i started i started thinking that and i started smiling saying like that's not even a bad thing like that's actually that's nice like i actually would find that as a good thing The business model that's right for you, when you try to think of the negatives of it, you'll be thinking in your mind, like, actually, that's kind of a good thing.
[56] That's how you know which business model is right for you.
[57] When you're shitting on all of the ideas that you've got, but one of them has the negatives, the problems, the suffering, that you'd be spinning in a positive light saying like, yeah, if like people approached me on the street and said like, oh, hey, I recognize you from your videos.
[58] I wouldn't see it as a bad thing.
[59] Now you might, right?
[60] Imagine there's someone watching this who's like super private, insecure, introverted, and they couldn't imagine anything worse than like getting recognized by someone who's watched their content.
[61] They would still think that my business model is wrong and they want something more private.
[62] By all means, that's all good.
[63] But if you maybe have similar values to me, and you imagine yourself on a date and some guy comes up and he's like, oh, yes, bro, you Hansel, like, oh, your videos changed my life.
[64] If you imagine that and you're thinking in your mind, like, yeah, that'd be sick, like the girl I'm on a date with would probably be more attracted to me. Then you might be right for this business model.
[65] Then we can ask, okay, what's some other problems with this particular model that I'm doing?
[66] Well, you can get hate comments.
[67] You can get people who leave nasty comments.
[68] They call you a scammer.
[69] They say racist things.
[70] They talk about your appearance.
[71] Eventually, when you get so big, other people will make videos, not just comments, but they'll make entire videos about you.
[72] They'll shit on you.
[73] They'll argue.
[74] They'll twist your words.
[75] Now, again, some people will be like, that's the worst thing ever.
[76] I couldn't imagine it.
[77] I remember thinking this back in 2019 and literally thinking like, well then it'll be a practice of stoicism for me to face through those obstacles do you see how if you are currently contemplating the right business model for you your brain will automatically think that the negatives that you have to go through are actually in some way positive it's very similar like which apartment you should get If there's an apartment, for example, right next to the city center, you know, the nightlife, like the clubs and the bars and the pubs, the alcohol, the degeneracy, you've got to ask yourself what's wrong with every apartment, like every home you go and view.
[78] And if you think about, okay, this one apartment that I just viewed, it's close to the city center with the nightclubs.
[79] You might think, oh, that's terrible.
[80] I don't want that.
[81] Some guy who goes out partying all the time will think, oh, that's one of the bad things of this place.
[82] No, no, no, that's why I want it.
[83] Just see how that guy might get a steal on that apartment because the negatives that are scaring everyone else away, he actually likes and sees them as a positive.
[84] That is how you know that you are right for a business model because what everyone would say, like they shit on it, you actually think like, but that's actually a good thing.
[85] And it's the same with a partner, by the way.
[86] This is like literally how to pick something, like how to pick the path, whether it's the girlfriend and the wife that you want, or it's the style of exercise, like the style of workout you want to get consistent in, or where you want to live.
[87] Like keep this philosophy always in your mind, because if you're the type of guy I know who's watching this channel.
[88] In the next few years of your life, you're gonna use this philosophy a lot.
[89] When it's thinking about your business model in Korea, you're gonna be thinking about which woman you want, you're gonna be thinking about where you wanna live.
[90] Don't look at things positively.
[91] Look at them negatively and then figure out the one which has the negative traits that you actually see as a win.
[92] So for example, a lot of guys might say that, are some girl who who is like an entrepreneur like you they're like oh no that's intimidating they feel insecure because she makes a ton of money as well but you might see it as a positive thing because you're thinking like oh but then she's like -minded and we do the same business model so i'll have like someone to talk to about it or they might if you want like a girl who stays at home and she doesn't work some guys will look at that and say oh now the problems with that is like she doesn't bring her own money so we might struggle financially but you might see it as a positive thing because you're thinking oh no no like She, her not making money is no problem to me because I make more than enough money.
[93] You've got to look at the negatives and see which decision will get you the negatives that other people think are bad, but actually for you are just fine.
[94] So that day when I was thinking through those business models, I was sat in a homeless shelter at like 3am.
[95] I wasn't homeless, but I wasn't far from being homeless, but I wasn't homeless.
[96] I was working there.
[97] and i was you know i had my little laptop and i was working on like this drop shipping website i was working on um writing ebooks i was trying all these different things making no real progress in any of them up until i i ended up looking at the the cctv screen in the homeless shelter where about 10 of the guys who who were in the shelter like they were all criminals they were all waking up and standing at the front of the building Because at like 3 a .m., 4 a .m., they would all go.
[98] They had like the same routine.
[99] They'd all wake up, smoke like a cigarette right outside the building.
[100] And then they'd just walk off into the night.
[101] And about an hour later, they would come back.
[102] Kind of like, you know, like an army of ants carrying shit in their arms.
[103] They'd come back with bicycles and monitors.
[104] And like, you know, like they've just robbed houses and students and everything.
[105] But this one night, what I noticed on like the CCTV screen was.
[106] One of the guys, one of the homeless guys who was quite young, he was in the back of the shelter, just sat by himself.
[107] And that's when it hit me that suffering and experiencing the problems of helping young men was the kind of suffering that I would gladly take.
[108] That's when I decided to go all in on YouTube.
[109] I realized that the things that had stopped me, like the fear of judgment, what if people find it cringe?
[110] What if people write hate comments?
[111] I realized all those problems were just minuscule with just how much purpose would be in this business model for me. I went all in on YouTube.
[112] Within a year of that point, I hit 1000 subscribers.
[113] Seven months after that, I hit 3000 subscribers.
[114] Then I blew up and I had 20 ,000, 50 ,000, 100, 500K, 1 million, 2 million, $100 ,000 a month, $150 ,000 a month, $200 ,000 a month.
[115] I made $2 million profit in the last two years.
[116] All because I went through this thinking practice.
[117] So this is exactly what you do.
[118] I want to make it super clear to you.
[119] Think about the business models that you've been weighing up.
[120] And one by one.
[121] think about the negatives the problems that you'll have to go through you might want to journal this or write it up on your computer where you write like drop shipping dash okay what's the problems uh soulless purposeless okay whatever and then what's the problems of um eBay, you know, reselling clothes, like a business that I tried.
[122] Okay, well, it's like physical inventory.
[123] You have to go post.
[124] You'll have to hire someone.
[125] Eventually, you'll have to have like a little warehouse or something.
[126] It's not all online.
[127] What if there's like a fire or something and all the clothes burn?
[128] It's not that much profit, but super high expenses.
[129] Then you go to the next business model.
[130] Okay, AI automation.
[131] AI is moving so rapidly.
[132] You don't know if the business you're building right now is still going to be needed in the next like month or so.
[133] You don't want to be a nerd who's just staring into his computer screen 24 -7.
[134] You want to be a bit more of a personality or something.
[135] Then you go to the problems of educational content, which is the business model that I'm doing right now.
[136] It's the one that I always suggest to people.
[137] If, for example, you're someone who's on self -improvement, you enjoy reading, you enjoy watching this kind of content, you probably, just as me being biased, you probably are right to be the educational content creator just as I am.
[138] So you're thinking the negatives with that.
[139] Okay, well, people will recognize me. Some people think that's a terrible thing.
[140] Maybe you think it's a positive thing.
[141] What's another negative?
[142] Well, people will write hate comments.
[143] Some people would hate that.
[144] You might see it as like, yeah, who gives a fuck?
[145] I'll just block those fucking retards.
[146] One by one, if you just go through this thinking practice, you'll get to a business model which has the negatives that you don't even give a shit about or you even see as like kind of a weird positive.
[147] That's the one that you should just go all in on.
[148] It worked for me. After that point, I had no doubt in my mind that it was YouTube that I was going to go all in on.
[149] I still spent some time working on other businesses.
[150] Like this is something I've never actually said on YouTube before.
[151] But after this point, when I moved back home, I was still spending some time on other businesses like on eBay.
[152] And I tried doing like services like at email restaurants and say like, I'll put you on like Deliveroo and Uber Eats and whatever.
[153] But like no one ever applied.
[154] But I only did that just because I wanted to make more money at the time.
[155] But yeah, there was no doubt in my mind that it was like YouTube after that point.
[156] So if you relate to that and if YouTube, you know, after you've done this exercise and if it's YouTube content creation influencer that you want to be and you're like, yep, that's right.
[157] All the suffering of it is exactly what I want to take on.
[158] Then I want to invite you to join the free community that I've got the top link in the description, which is getting rich through becoming an educational content creator.
[159] You can join that for free.
[160] And then inside of there, I make you an offer to join my paid program where we literally hold your hand and turn you into an educational content creator and help you make your first $10 ,000.
[161] online.
[162] Hope that helps.
[163] Goodbye.
