[5] New York's Attorney General has taken steps towards the possible seizure of former President Donald Trump's assets.
[6] A .G. Letitia James will take action in the event that Trump is unable to pay the $464 million judgment in Trump's civil fraud trial, which his lawyers referred to as impossible earlier this week.
[7] In the event that Trump fails to secure the bond, the Attorney General on behalf of the state will be allowed to take possession of Trump National Golf Course in Briarcliffe Manor and Seven Springs, a private estate in Bedford.
[8] Trump's legal team has said they've had difficulty securing a bond and have asked an appeals court for permission to post a smaller amount or none at all.
[9] A group of over 100 migrants attempting to enter the U .S. illegally were seen on video today, rushing National Guard troops and breaking through razor wire.

[11] In the dramatic video, a group of migrants can be seen putting their hands up in surrender, but seconds later, others pushed through knocking guards out of the way.
[12] Members of the group then ran to the border gate and started to shout at the National Guardsman on the other side.
[13] The Texas National Guard then quickly scrambled.
[14] to secure the area.
[15] The Biden administration has hit Apple with a landmark lawsuit.
[16] The civil suit, which was joined by attorneys general from 15 states and D .C., has accused the tech giant of monopolizing the smartphone market.
[17] The suit specifically claims that Apple restricts the iPhone operating system in a way that makes a variety of things more costly for consumers and prevents the app developers from releasing products on other smartphone systems.
[18] In a press conference today, Attorney General Merrick Garland noted that Apple's market capitalization is larger than the GDP of over 100 countries.
[19] He claims that success resulted from exclusionary tactics.
[20] If an iPhone user messages a non -Iphone user in Apple messages, the text appears not only as a green bubble, but incorporates limited functionality.
[21] The conversation is not encrypted, videos are pixelated and grainy, and users cannot edit messages or see typing indicators.
[22] As a result, iPhone users perceive rival smartphones as being lower quality because the experience of messaging friends and family who do not own iPhones is worse.
[23] In a statement, Apple denied the allegations and accused the government of overreach.
[24] The statement says they innovate every day to make technology people love and that if this lawsuit is successful, it would hinder their ability to continue that innovation.
[25] The company also says that it believes this lawsuit is wrong on the facts and the law, and it will vigorously defend against it.
[26] An investigation into a data breach at the London Hospital where the Princess of Wales underwent abdominal surgery has been traced to three staff members.

[28] According to ITV news, the staffers are suspected of trying to access Kate Middleton's private medical records.
[29] Yesterday, the Information Commissioner's office confirmed to ABC News that it had received a security breach report involving the London Clinic.
[30] Al Russell, the CEO of the London Clinic, said yesterday that they have systems in place to monitor management of patient information, and in the case of any breach, all appropriate investigatory, regulatory, and disciplinary steps will be taken.
[31] He added that there is no place at the hospital for those who intentionally breach the trust of any of their patients or colleagues.
[32] Meanwhile, Kensington Palace declined a comment on the reported security breach.
[33] Alabama Governor K .I .V. signed a bill halting the use of state funds for diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
[34] The bill targets programs at state agencies, higher education institutions, and other public entities.
[35] In a statement yesterday, Ivy said her administration values diversity.
[36] However, she refuses to let, quote, a few bad actors on college campuses or wherever else, for that matter, to go under the acronym of DEI using taxpayer funds to push their liberal political movement.
[37] The law has been criticized by various advocacy groups, arguing that similar policies impede on freedom of speech.
[38] Three boys, ages 11, 12, and 16 have been arrested for allegedly robbing a Texas bank.
[39] According to the FBI, they've been nicknamed The Little Rascals.
[40] Their names have not been released due to their ages.
[41] The nickname came from a post on the FBI's X account, which posted a picture of the hoodie -clad threesome inside the Houston Wells Fargo asking for help to find them.
[42] The parents of two of the boys identified them after the photo was posted on X. The third was eventually discovered by authorities.
