The Cincinnati Reds were clobbered by the Philadelphia Phillies in the final game of their four-game set and Luis Cessa was the cause. It is time to move him back to the bullpen and install just about anyone else in the fifth spot in the rotation. Both Cessa and Conner Overton have been very bad for the Reds and have led to the majority of the Reds losses, so far. Also, Joey Votto had his rehab paused for a few days.
