[2] The FBI has identified and arrested the leaker of classified intelligence documents, Jack Tachara, a 21 -year -old member of the intelligence wing of the Massachusetts Air National Guard.
[3] Tachara was reportedly arrested in his home in North Dighton, Massachusetts, 35 miles south of Boston.
[4] During his visit to Ireland, celebrating the 25th anniversary, of the Good Friday Agreement this week, President Biden said he was not concerned about the recent classified document leaks.
[5] I'm not concerned about the latent use it.
[6] I'm concerned that happened.
[7] But there's nothing contemporaneous that I'm aware of that is pretty concerned.
[8] San Francisco police have reportedly arrested a suspect in the killing of Bob Lee, the creator of Cash App.
[9] According to media reports, it was a fellow tech executive who stabbed Lee to death on April 4th.
[10] Surveillance video shows that Lee tried asking for help from people passing by, but none came to his aid.
[11] He called 911 on his own volition.
[12] A federal appeals court has walked back a decision by a Texas judge to suspend FDA approval of a pill used in up to half of abortions, but left in place some restrictions on the use of the pill.

[14] The Fifth U .S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans issued a ruling late Wednesday night that partially reversed a previous ruling from U .S. District Judge Matthew Casmeric that had paused FDA approval of Mifapristone.
[15] According to the new ruling, the drug cannot be mailed and it can only be used up until the seventh week of pregnancy.
[16] Last week, a conflicting ruling from U .S. District Judge Thomas O. Rice ruled the FDA must still allow the drug in 17 Democratic -led states that had brought a lawsuit concerning the chemical abortions.
[17] Actor Jamie Fox has been hospitalized for an undisclosed medical complication.
[18] That's according to an Instagram post shared by his actress daughter, Corinne on Wednesday evening.
[19] Daily Wire Entertainment reporter Amanda Harding has the latest.
[20] Fox, who has been in Atlanta shooting his newest film back in action with co -stars Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close, suffered the medical emergency on Tuesday, and according to a report from entertainment site TMZ, it was serious enough at least initially that some family members flew in from out of town to be with him while he was in the hospital.
[21] One source reportedly told the outlet, he's communicating now and that's the good news.
[22] And an explosion.
[23] at a dairy farm this week in Dimmett, Texas, resulted in the deaths of 18 ,000 dairy cows.
[24] One animal welfare group is calling this the deadliest barn fire on record involving cattle.
[25] The tragedy occurred at South Fork Dairy Farm in Castro County.
[26] According to the sheriff, the fire was likely caused by a manure vacuum, overheating and exploding.
