Narcissists never get our consent to abuse us but WE only allowed it to happen because we were wounded / abused
WE were not in love it was a chemical addiction based attachment. Narcissists set out to make you become dependent on them like an addict.
You were brainwashed by a Narcissist, first to feel inspired love’ then to self destruct.
Narcissists will do everything to stop you understanding the TRUTH OF WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU, your recovery is proportionate to your understandIng of Narcissism and it’s effects. Fail to understand and you will fail to heal fully.
Narcissists choose and groom targets for abuse./ prey upon us
Everything Narcissists do is about Power & Control.-&-$$$
With information and those who get targeted, we find their behavior , then Narcissists find it difficult to manipulate.
A Narcissist’s power has an inverse relationship to yours, the weaker you are the stronger they feel, the stronger you appear the weaker they feel.
Narcissists are experts in sensing subtle shifts in your behaviour, they read people very well.
Narcissists are adept at dividing and conquering tactics isolating you from family and friends who would normally support you.
They always conceal their past, the stories they told you were only half truths. In the past are all their crimes, their past contains a plethora of victims. That’s why they conceal it at all costs.
Narcissists plan and plot way ahead of time, they always try and have contingencies in place. Your demise was planned and so was your replacement.
Narcs seek destruction and caused you fail remember your mind was reprogrammed and you began to internalize a lot of pain and trauma as they seek complete of you with intrusive destructive thoughts and incorporating toxic impulses actions which lead to your downward spiral
Due to their ability to isolate and controL you , there’s no way you could have been warned so you would NEVER have been able to see it coming.
Your continued torture is dependent on whether you have the courage to go NO CONTACT./ OFP
The success of your future is contingent on how much you can remove yourself Move away from of your past.- Trauma bonding / abuse normally starts very young with care givers, which primes you for Narc abuse.
No one who has not lived through the horrific aftermath from a Narcissist Trauma and Severe Abuse could EVER really UNDERSTAND the HELL you are going through.
Healing fully will probably be the toughest challenge you have ever faced., but god and your dream team are always assisting us on our healing journey’s
