[5] channel right now.
[6] I think we've all had difficulties, but some people really hold on to that and it affects them forever where other people can just let it go and let it just move on.
[7] Like it's done.
[8] Like that's what it was.
[9] Just love the person they are today.
[10] That's more important.
[11] That's a really, really, I think, important point that for me appears to be the answer to a lot of the energy, the negative energy I experience in like my direct messages from people is their like inability to like let go of someone that's wrong them.
[12] And the real shame is because that purpose.
[13] person's wrong them once upon a time, they're then dragging that negativity through their life and letting it destroy their future and their present.
[14] Yeah, what's the point?
[15] I've got someone that's really close to me that had a really bad experience with their dad when they were younger and they just won't let go.
[16] And I see it damaging their adult life now, even though they don't speak to their dad anymore, but because they just won't forgive that person.
[17] So how do you forgive someone more generally, not just your parents, but how do you forgive someone that's, you know, harmed you or done you wrong in the past?
[18] What's the...
[19] I totally, I can hear that message and I can see where that's coming from because, you know, my mum and dad have, they've had their own trauma to such an extent that they've been in, you know, therapy and all their lives and also, you know, with addiction, it's manifested different ways, but it, and it makes me sad.
[20] All you want is your mum and dad to be happy and want the people around you to be happy.
[21] But for some, sometimes I can see they've been struggling their whole life to let go of whatever it is that's hurting them and, you know, holding them back.
[22] And for me, it's a case of, I just believe you have to live for the moment.
[23] You have to enjoy the day.
[24] Like, what's going on today?
[25] Like, what can you do today to make you feel happy?
[26] And how is it going to serve you thinking about what you went through as a child?
[27] Like, you can have, my mom and dad have had all kinds of therapy, like, you know, regressive childhood hypnotherapy.
[28] You go back to the, you know, my dad's even started doing ayahuasca and plant -based medicine to go back and just to get it all out of him.
[29] But I just think you have to just take ownership and control of yourself on a daily basis.
[30] And, you know, that's going to be done through, like, exercise, eating healthy food, being connected.
[31] Like, some people are so disconnected from their family and friends and their community, whatever that may be.
[32] And that's the most important thing.
[33] They say that one of the key factors in success is, are you connected?
[34] Are you helping other people?
[35] Are you giving or you just taking off people?
[36] So, you know, don't focus on what you've been through and let that just be like the past and what is happening today.
[37] You can't even deal with the future.
[38] Don't even get what.
[39] Some people are so, they're suffering anxiety for.
[40] from what could might happen in the future.
[41] But you have to just focus on today, you know, what is the point of looking back?
[42] I just think it can really consume you.
[43] And you could go your whole life without ever truly being happy because you're worried about the future or you're thinking about what happened in the past.
